Class Schedule

Although I no longer have a public teaching schedule, there is Anusara aplenty in the Triangle area—and it’s growing steadily through local Immersions and Teacher Trainings. I highly recommend the following certified teachers: Paul and Sommer Sobin, Lila Pierce Brown, and Patience Armstrong. The dedication and skill of these teachers has created a thriving Triangle Anusara kula that is committed to supporting the spiritual growth of each individual and to giving back to the larger community.
